Looking to invest overseas?


As you know I love this country but that’s still not stopped me buying a place abroad. People ask why invest abroad and why Cyprus.

The answer is simple, I met a very old friend in a pub.

Let me explain, I had decided that we needed an investment and a holiday home and I was thinking of buying in the States when I bumped into Warren Dunn from Thomson OPI.

He asked me if I was buying for lifestyle or investment.
I didn’t have a clue what he was on about, but after a couple of chats, I began to understand all about overseas investment.

Then Lisa and I went to Cyprus, fell in love with the place, the food the security, the people, lack of crime and with Warrens guidance, I bought a beautiful four bedroom villa off plan with minimal investment.

I am now looking to buy other properties abroad and I feel confident working with Thomson OPI because they are not dodgy estate agents or developers but actually investors themselves.

This simple fact gives me loads of confidence in them as a company so although I can’t force you to do the same, (we don’t live in Cuba!) I can say that if you are thinking of investing abroad, and not just Cyprus, then why not try out the Thomson brand.
